Step 15: Make a group by clicking on the map icon in the layers window, shown below in the red circle. Double-click this group to rename it, and give it a name so you know what the content is. My group name is “background_shapes”

Step 17: If you need to select lots of layers at a time to drag into the group, and if they are all in 1 row, you could easily select the top layer and hold shift, then click the bottom layer which you want to select. If the layers are all over the place you have select them with holding CTRL, but you have to avoid this by making groups first and then make the layers in the groups.

Step 18: Here now I am going to show you how I have to arranged the text effect shown in the screenshot below: First, we need some text. And choose your text color. The color is important because we’re going to set it to Multiply . The font I’ve used is Chiller, it’s kind of cartoon text without being too over the top. Use whatever you please.

Step 19: Drop Shadow —This is where the light (which in this example we’re going to have coming from the top left) hits the edge.

Inner Shadow — I’ve used the inner shadow to make it seem like the text is stamped on to the background.

Gradient Overlay — This is used just to give a bit of variation in the color of the item it’s applied to.

And here…this is the result. He is looking  pretty cool…Well…yes..  :)   this tutorial ends here.. Of course there are many other ways to get the similar result..But this is the way how I usually work on the coloring of a 2d project. I hope this tutorial would be very useful for you..Very glad to help..And you know.. it would be very nice to getting some comments from the one who studied this tutorial . Okay, that’s it for today….Always keep practicing…Always use your imagination and your own style.. Happy drawings! Good Luck to all of you! Salut à bientôt :D

I like shooting portraits and have been advised that I will improve my pictures if I soften the light. What does that mean? Is it just another way of saying I have to dimm the light?
